MDA to explore the Danish company Weibel’s Doppler radar technologies

Vice Admiral James Syring, Director of the Missile Defense Agency, visited the Danish Embassy in Washington D.C. on Wednesday, November 13th, 2013 to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and the Danish Defense Acquisition and Logistics Organization.

The agreement will allow the MDA to explore the Danish company Weibel’s Doppler radar technologies which may improve existing missile defense systems.

The Danish Chief of Defense, General Peter Bartram and The President of Weibel, Dr. Peder Pedersen, was also present emphasizing the significance of the event.
